Program & Events

The library presents special programs and events, both cultural and fun.

Besides frequent lectures and guest speakers, this spring features a special writers series with eight international authors reading from their own works. Weekly events include our Monday movie night, our Drop-in Stitch and Knit Group, family film nights during the summer, and monthly jazz concerts on Friday afternoons. Join us too for our annual Family Fun Days, every Halloween and Groundhog Day, as well as our Holiday Party at the end of the year. Our other events include ongoing book clubs, community poetry readings, seasonal nature walks on our beautiful grounds, and musical performances featuring local musicians.
