· What times are you open? Our hours are: Monday 10 am – 9 pm Tuesday 10 am – 6 pm Wednesday 10 am – 6 pm Thursday 10 am – 6 pm Friday 10 am – 5 pm Saturday 10 am – 5 pm Sunday 1 pm – 5 pm (mid-October to mid-May)

· When are children’s story times? Children’s story times are every Monday morning at 10:30 for infants and young toddlers and every Wednesday at 10:30 for older toddlers and preschoolers.

· Can I renew over the phone or by email? Yes, you can renew books, DVDs and all other library items over the phone by calling 508-693-3366 or by email at wtlib2@comcast.net.

· How do I get a passport? We are an official Passport Acceptance Agency. You can pick up passport applications and renewal forms at the Library. For further information refer to the Passport Office at the U.S. Department of State or call us at the Library. To submit a passport application, please call us at the Library at 508-693-3366.

· Can I send or receive a fax? Yes, we can send faxes. The charge is $.50 per page and $2.00 per page for international calls. To receive a fax, send it to our fax number at 508-696-0130.

· Can I scan a photograph or document to be sent as email? Yes, we can make color scans of documents up to legal size. The charge is $1.00 per scan.

· Can I make copies? Yes, you can make copies of documents up to 11 by 17 inches. The charge is $.20 per page.

· Can I donate books? Yes, you can donate books for the annual book sale that is held on the last full weekend in July. After June 24 please call the Library at 508-693-3366 about where to drop off books.

· Do you have Internet access and wireless Internet? Yes, you can bring your own laptop and connect to our wireless network or you can use one of our computers on a first come basis. Two standup computers are available to the general public for short periods. Sit-down computers require a library card.
